I was planning on taking the GRE in November. Most of my apps are due in mid-December, although there are a couple due in early December.

On ETS's website, they stated "If you take the computer-based GRE revised General Test, your official scores will be sent to the institutions you designated approximately 1015 days after your test date." So mid-November is probably the latest for me.

Is the 10-15 days guaranteed? Has anyone had experience with delays?
The last thing I want is getting declined because my GRE scores arrived late.

Stanford's aerospace engineering webpage stated "In order to meet the December 3 deadline, the GRE should be taken no later than October 31."
This quote makes me think I may need to take it sooner, but they didn't say why.
