<p>Just in case someone is interested, here is IU's press release on the latest rankings.</p>
<p>I am doubting if I should take it seriously at all anymore. Cornell moves up one and IU moves down one in business. Cornell does not even have a real business school or even many career prep classes as kelley does.</p>
<p>Once IU Business gets new facilities they will move up…</p>
<p>Same as with the regular list of colleges. Nobody ever moves more than a few spots one way or the other, and then moves back a year or two later.</p>
<p>As we all know, this is designed solely to sell magazines to those in the “top 15” schools or so (and their parents) who will then debate why their school either (1) deserves to be rated where they are, or (2) should be higher on the list.</p>
<p>All you have to do is go to any Ivy school/Stanford/Duke/MIT site or to the general “college search” site on collegeconfidential and you’ll find a thread on every one of them by now with the arguments as to why their school is beter than some other school on this list.</p>
