Law school Gpa

I got my B.A degree Chapman U Major (legal studies)

My upper division class' gpa is 3.6

My lower division is 2.9

I ended up with a cumulative gpa (3.04)

This was my problem, I re-took some classes at a different commiunity college , But the university did not (replace) my bad grade's they just averaged them in.

Question: Would a law school re-do my gpa.. recalculate my gpa?

No, they will not. Your LSDAS transcript, which is sent to all law schools, will have the grades of every school you attended. If your school did grade replacement and the old grade is on the transcript, it does get averaged in to your overall GPA. Your job now is to kill the LSAT.

If you do, this will make you a splitter (splitters are hard to predict but it is better to b e a splitter with a high LSAT/low GPA than to be a high GPA/low LSAT).
