<p>Does anyone have any info on the need access? my son is applying to law schools that require this form. he filled it out today, but it asked a lot of questions about the parents even though he is applying himself.</p>

<p>You have to sit with him and give him your information to put into need access, if he wants to get any instituitional based aid from the school in question. While he is independent for the FAFSA, he is not considered dependent for law school (unless he is over 27 years old, some schools require that the student be 30), so your income and assets are needed (just like undergrad).</p>
