Leadership in the Business World

It's a deposit to reserve your spot. Regardless of whether you are getting fin. aid or not you keep a spot for you by paying that fee.

for yourself*

it doesn't say anything about refundable-non refundable..well, yeah, i think i have to donate to wharton and wait and see. katie white must have replied until now, i'm dying for a reply.

Would Operation enterprise be looked highly upon the admissions people?

is Operation Enterprise a good alternative to LBW? is it worth it? is it prestigious!

in the LBW website, it says that decisions will be mailed in May. how come you are all getting answers this early???

Rolling admissions possibly.

i still dont understand rolling admissions. how does it work?

they evaluate applications as they have them, frequently defer them, mail to the people who they think are absolutely admitted or absolutely rejected. so probably if you didn't receive any mail up to now you still have a chance.

is the admissiosn team the acutal admissions people or just the college students?

the actual admissions people.

Dr. Anne Greenhalgh
Dr. Helene Elting
Jason Toff

they are all actual admissione people? I think the Jason Toff is a student and Dr. elting is a professor.

hmm that's possible too :P

I got rejected to the program and I really want to get into Wharton. I justed wanted to know if this was the real admissions team so that I know if I have a chance next year for admissions to the school. (My stats arn't CC material). But I then applied to Operation Enterprise and I got in with half scholarship. I just wanted to know why I was a LBW reject. :(

Dr. Anne Greenhalgh: in charge of the leadership programs at Wharton and a teacher
Dr. Helene Elting: teacher
Jason Toff: head RTA/student

None of them are actual admissions officers.

they sent me an email today. they are waiting for my application materials, which I sent two weeks ago. is it just me, or does USPS fail when you need them the most???

does anyone else know anything about operation enterprise?

apparently it's at stanford...that's all I know :D

Hey everyone. I just found this website. I applied to LBW in late Jan/early Feb and i was accepted at the end of march. ive been reading some of ur posts - aeon and warren, gl to u. im from ny, i was just wondering wat kind of kids are gonna be at this program. i heard from a kid at my school who did it last year that it was awesome.

Thanks for the shout-out Peabody! I'm still waiting for the polite but terse form letter telling me how many outstanding applicants thay had and how they're sorry...blah, blah, blah.
Have a great time this summer. I think I will miss not getting to meet the nice people I've met on this board.
Happy Easter, Passover or anything else that makes you feel good in the Spring.
