I am part of a very prestigious internship, which I do not want to mention because of privacy reasons. Also because of privacy concerns, I will not specify the positions I had, but I will refer to them in terms of alphabets. I hope you can empathize with me and respect my decision to maintain confidentiality.

Well, here's the context:

In my internship, I have position A (a leadership position) but all the interns have it so I have to mention it (in other words, once we get into the internship, we all have to assume a similar leadership role with similar responsibilities). I guess it's like becoming a manager at the internship.. all the other interns are managers too.. but it's a strong and prestigious leadership position nonetheless. Honestly, I realize that I wouldn't have to explain this in so much detail if I had just stated the internship, but I apologize and hope that you can bear with me.

I also have position B in which I have invested a lot of time and effort. I was also selected for this position amongst all the interns, so I will mention this too.

My dilemma occurs when it comes to the last position of responsibility, C. All interns gets this role but we are in charge of different people and tasks. Most probably the admissions officer will not know this because though our tasks and responsibilities are the same, the tag for each role is different.

My questions are:
1. Is the difference between two and three leadership positions at a prestigious internship negligible?
2. If I list position C and admissions officers know that all interns get the same position except with different names, will it affect me negatively?
3. If position C was a relatively weak leadership position when compared to A and B, would I be doing myself any benefit at all by mentioning it?

I'm grateful to all responders! :D
