What can I do?

Tell them to shut up and continue doing whatever you're doing and work on your grades (seriously, semi- excelent, if that means All "A"'s with some A-s then... well.... go away)

Don't fake an interest or get some leadership position just because you hear it looks good.

I got a friend who is in WFP (world food program). Yea she's going to Harvard (no doubt).
What's something that I can participate and make myself look like a leader? I'm not just trying to add to the resume here. I seriously want something to fill up my schedule. And I'm not a faker, I actually have dignity and passion about things that I do.

by semi-excellent, I mean 3.88 unweighed.

ok, well that's fine (trying to find something to do). what are you main interests, do something with that.

Take a Myers Briggs Indicator test, or do the My Roads test on collegeboard. The My Roads test is free for kids who have ever registered for and taken the PSAT exam. This will lead you towards some of your strengths and interests.
