<p>Most large corporations have entry-level leadership programs that basically resemble analyst positions at banking and consulting firms. </p>

<p>how about Leadership programs for student that still havent completed their degree. Im a sophmore and these companies are asking for near completion of their undergrad degree.</p>
<p>Why would companies offer leadership programs for people they didn't hire - and only stayed for the summer? It's like telling your enemy your secrets.</p>

<p>my friends also recommended the deloitte and PwC leadership conferences (havent heard anything about ernst & young's though).</p>
<p>The university of richmond actually has a school of leadership studies if you care about preparing yourself BEFORE you go to work.</p>
<p>It is called the Jepson School of Leadership Studies</p>
