He should’ve made the decision and came to NY!!

The best decision he should’ve made is staying in Cleveland. In Chicago he would be playing under the shadow of MJ everyday. NY is a blackhole for stars players. No one wants to play in NJ (that’s sad). Miami is probably the worst choice he can make regarding his legacy as I reiterated numerous times.

Chance me!!

I don’t think that this is a big deal. The Chicago Bulls with LeBron would be LeBron’s team & he’d be surrounded by some good players.

My guess is that if he had gone to Chicago, he would have been on a better team next year. A couple years down the line, though, I’m not so sure that the Bulls with LeBron would have been better than the Heat with LeBron.

yeah, my guess is that lebron never seriously considered the knicks–espn just talked this up because there are a lot of espn viewers in new york . . .

the whole playing in the shadow of mj thing would actually be interesting i think. it would be interesting if he could create his own legacy there. cleveland needs to calm down though. lebron wasnt gonna win a championship in cleveland unless they got some new players to help, and that wasnt gonna happen soon enough. he is already 7 years into his career so he needed to get going. i think he should have gone to chicago maybe, he is more likely to win a championship and to win more in miami, but he could prob win one in chicago and it would be better for his legacy

mike miller would a great fit for them. He shot 48% from 3 last year! He will make a killing with all the attention drawn to the triumvirate.

He annoys me. And I can’t even pretend to care about where he’s going. But whatever, let the insanity continue. -bows out of thread-

Cleveland is devastated. I’m surprised he’d want to share the spotlight in Miami.

I can’t wait for the season to start so the Bulls can humiliate the “king”

Dan Gilbert is furious at Lebron James because since Lebron James joined the Cleveland Cavaliers the team has doubled in value. Looks like Dan Gilbert’s wallet got twice as light as it was a week ago.

His comments were hilarious. Lebron James wants a ring and the Cleveland Cavaliers had 7 chances and they blew it.

Mike Miller is a great addition, can’t wait to see who else they sign.

[LeBron James chose the Miami Heat as his new team for good reasons, but the way he announced the decision left much to be desired - ESPN](<a href=“LeBron James chose the Miami Heat as his new team for good reasons, but the way he announced the decision left much to be desired - ESPN”>LeBron James chose the Miami Heat as his new team for good reasons, but the way he announced the decision left much to be desired - ESPN)

That article summed it up prefectly.

I can’t stand the trio’s arrogance anymore. They sounded like as if they are going to destroy other teams in the league for the next decade. I bet even the Bulls can beat the crap of the them next season.

Stop hating on Miami and the heat cause there going to dominate. And stop the stupid “They don’t have a bench comment” who the hell cares about the bench.

Any team, which wants to be a serious contender does.

Seriously, as a Celtics fan I am currently more worried about Chicago then about Miami. And even if they had a center, they still need to do a lot before becoming a serious competitor in the East. For the time being, they could certainly win a game or two against top Eastern teams. Not a playoff series.

lol, Chicago’s team is incredibly similar to Utah’s last year. Utah was swept in the 2nd round. People are crazy if they think the Bulls will be a contender.

Regardless of whether or no Chicago resembles Utah, I’d argue that Jazz had a pretty good team over last few years. Their problem was that they faced Lakers so soon each and every time.

^ Agreed. And the Jazz was playing in the western conference. With their lineup they could probably get to the conference finals in the east.

The way it’s starting to look, Chicago has more promise than either the Celtics or the Magic. Right now the Bulls have Rose, Noah, Boozer, Korver, Deng, and Gibson. Wait another week and we likely add J.J. Redick to the roster. This not only strengthens the Bulls but has the added benefit of weakening Orlando, who’ll be hard-pressed to match Chicago’s $20 million offer.

Next year Carmelo Anthony becomes a free agent. The Bulls have been specifically looking for ways to free up salary cap space for this and next year in order to lure a top 5 FA. They failed this year but I think they’ll have enough money and talent to lure Anthony next summer.

So in the next couple years, A core of Rose, Noah, Boozer, Deng, Korver and hopefully Carmelo and Redick can definitely thrash the Heat and be a championship team.

^We’ll have to see the Heat roster before we can make any conclusions. And the Knicks will be vying for Carmelo next year. But I agree that Chicago seems to have a well-balanced squad

^ I think Melo will sign the extension with the Nuggets. The Knicks, though got Amar’e and Felton, might not be much better next season because they also lost Lee and Harrington. But I got to admit it’s a really good deal getting Anthony Randolph and Azubeuki.
