<p>They mean it. Legacies don't count for much anymore. Even if there is a bias, it would be insignificant.</p>
<p>Panic, what are you talking about? There's a new book by a WSJ writer who says different. If they don't count legacies, they don't. Many state schools can't. Almost all private colleges do.</p>
