How hard is Lehigh's Pre-med "honors" program? Anyone know the stats? (Note: this isn't for the BA/MD program with Drexel; it's just Lehigh's own pre-med major, except the pre-med honors has more to offer)

Anyone?....

Sorry, can't help you out on pre-med program. Son is in engineering.

hey laxmom could you provide me with your sons stats if you dont mind? Furthermore does he like it there?

I would prefer not to post his stats but will let you know he was in the median range of SAT scores, higher math than verbal.

He really likes it at Lehigh. Not into frats but still finds things to do. Likes the campus, even though it is on the side of a mountain and he hikes up and down all day long.

this conduses me a lot. i thought if you get a 1500-1600 you are almost guarenteed to get in how are some of the people still not in?

Artin - nothing is a guarantee, especially college admissions. Most colleges want a diverse mix of students with a range of scores, gpa's and ec's.

I agree with laxmom on the part that there's more to just SAT scores...GPA, extra curriculars, teacher recommmendations, essays, interviews, and even possibly a clear indication that you want to attend ________ University for your college education - all those play a factor in decisions.
