Hi guys so I'm deliberating between these 2 schools for ED2. Could you share some insights about this matter?

Have you visited both of them??? Their differences are pretty obvious. Really, if you go on a tour of both of them I would imagine you would develop a pretty opinion right then and there. Both are great schools. It just depends on what is important to YOU for your college experience.

@kikkydee i can’t visit them i’m an intl student that’s why i’m confusing

Hi tracybui,

They really are both excellent schools.

I would start by comparing both school’s wikipedia pages. Then I would look at the school’s websites and compare their departments you would be studying in. What major are you interested in?

I think you could contact the school’s admissions office and ask to speak to students that are in your area of interest. Maybe you could ask to speak to an international student too?

You could also talk to some of your older friends who have come to the US for college. How did they figure out what school to attend?

Sorry, I kind of gave you a hard time with my first post. ;-)

You can send me a message anytime and I will try to help you.

Good luck with your college search!!!

Best, Kikkydee

I visited both Lehigh and Bucknell as a senior in high school. I felt that the campus of Lehigh was so much nicer (in my opinion) and I just felt more welcomed and at home when I was at Lehigh. Both schools have engineering and both have greek life and similar sports situations, so in many aspects they’re very similar.

The biggest difference I noticed was Lehigh is a university and they have much more research going on which gives the students more opportunities to work in labs doing real research. That experience can lead to some get jobs and internships.
