I have a question. Our guidance counselor applied for my S for LBP scholarship. Originally he was Intersted in genetic engineering, so he should have applied to faculty of arts and science/biology. But guidance counselor applied to engineering so he just went along. If he gets this scholarship, can he change to Faculty of Art and science before even starting the program or would it be impossible? Thanks
