let me be the first to say "accepted"

I am dreading receiving rejections through snail mail after already getting it online. Talk about adding insult to injury. :(

For D: Central NJ, thick envelope early this afternoon!

eeek! did anyone from the new york/westchester area get any replies yet? are rejection letter priority mailed too?

guys! post your stats!

congratulations everyone!

OK so my friend just got her rejection letter today. but i live in the same area...WHATS GOING ON HERE?!

Ugh, why do I have to live in Minnesota??? Everything takes so long to get here!!! In any case, congratulations to all those accepted and my condolences to those who were not. I, too, will be joining you shortly...or whenever my mail finally arrives.

Does anyone know what's going on with internationals. I just called Fedex and they said that they don't have any packages arriving from Princeton. Could it be like an earlier poster said that Pton is using DHL or is it all fedex. What about for rejections?

International:

I called Princeton Admission Office. I am a Canadian. She told me that they are emailing overseas applicants but not the Canadians. According to her Canadian letters are with the US Post.

I don't understand, so internationals don't receive ANYTHING in the mail, simply an e-mail on the 6th? OR should we be expecting an e-mail today?

No, rejections are sent regular mail. (Why would they be in a hurry to send bad news?)
