I can see it now.

“FRQ 1. Analyze your idea of a nutritionally balanced lunch. Compare and contrast it to the lunch that your school provides.”

AP Forensics

This isn’t really a new class, but I thought they could add more to the Physics C exams, making them each 3 hours long, so Physics C: Mechanics could be in the morning and Physics C: E&M could be in the afternoon, similar to AP Macroeconomics in the morning and AP Microeconomics in the afternoon. I think they shouldn’t offer two 90-minute exams that still cost as much.

I think it would be better to have a balance between 90 minutes and 3 hours. My brain would probably explode after 3 hours of mechanics.

haha perhaps, but that could be said for any topic XD

anyway, I had another idea, similar to Studio Art: how about AP Photography? You could compile some photographs you take, and I don’t know attach some analyses here and there

AP Study Hall

^^I like it!

Personally, I’m writing to the CollegeBoard…AP Ebonics. Now how fresh would that be?

I like the AP history and AP business ideas that have already been mentioned.

Also, I think another nice course would be AP applied engineering and/or architecture. It would require some physics, but it would be more, well, applied.

I was also going to say AP Premed, but we already have the MCAT for that.

Oh, also, AP Arabic. That would be good.

Hmm…well it might be difficult for nonnative speakers to learn and get used to the new alphabet.

There’s probably not a large enough demand for Arabic.

poor Keasbey Nights, he intended this to be legitimate and sensible…:(

Ap accounting?

Most schools offer some level (or have dual enrollment with a tech school) so it’s not too big of a stretch.

AP Food Science. The advanced, challenging version of Home Economics sans the sewing and career searching stuff. Get in-depth learning about nutrition and food.

AP Fashion Merchandising & Design. Learn the basics of fashion design, the vocabulary, the techniques, the trends, ect. AP Exam would be to create a 5-piece collection that you work on throughout the year, like AP Studio Art.

I would seriously take these two classes.

I actually like AP Fashion. That would get a greater number of students interested in the AP program. I can just imagine some cheerleader going, “The, um, the free response? What do I do on that?”

Could there be something like AP Philosophy, or AP Philosophical History?

Keasbey, LOL That wasn’t nice. I’m sure AP Fashion would be filled with intelligent people with a real passion for fashion. Stimulus, I would take AP Philosophy but it sounds like a lot of reading. LOL

Is there any way to actually get your ideas sent to College Board? I’d love for our ideas to be made into a reality. Maybe they could do a poll on their website or send out a survey and see which ones garner the most interest.

AP Dream Analysis
AP Coitus? lol

Oh, how about AP Meteorology?
