My son has not received his yet either. We are a south of Daytona.

I was totally disappointed in the admissions packet, even the letter lacked enthusiasm! lol The waived $200 admission fee made up for it though :p

Wait, where does it say that the $200 fee is waived???

ru talking about the housing fee due march 1st?

is everyones housing due March 1st cause I got an email saying mine is due the 8th… Im confused…

It said:
“Please act quickly as your due date to complete your Fall/Spring housing contract is: March 8, 2011.”

@IBathlete: the enrollment deposit is what’s waived, not the housing fee

So the $200 is still required by march 1st then?

My Son got his letter Feb. 11 from the Office of Admissions and the 2 page packet, no other information. We didn’t get an offer to waive the $200 tuition deposit and had to pay it out of pocket. I wonder why?

It depends on the financial need and the efc on the fafsa

I got a tuition deposit waiver because I paid my application fee with an SAT waiver

That also works too

My deposit is waived but I hadn’t completed the FAFSA before then nor have I ever used a waiver for SAT, ACT, application fee, etc. Maybe it depends on the self-reported income bracket that was asked on the UF application?
