<p>I can’t really answer that question. But when I am in High School, I have used a rec’ letter from my English teacher who has left the school after she wrote me a LoR. And the admission said that is acceptable. I don’t really know about such case with transfer student. What you can always get the answer is to ask the admission. Try that! Good Luck!</p>
<p>Yes, it’s OK that they’re currently at a different college, they can explain that in their LOR.</p>
