It should also be noted that the Stanford student body is outraged at the light sentence. There is widespread support for the victim and calls for students registered to vote locally to vote against the judge in the case, who is also a Stanford alum.

Brock Turners dad thought the punishment was very excessive for “20 minutes of action”
Also, Turner was caught because two other students saw the situation. They tackled Turner and kept him there until security arrived. The other students on campus are not taking this lightly. These two should be applauded for stopping this rape while it happened and for making sure that he was arrested. Stanford has forbidden Turner from ever stepping foot onto the campus again.
I find this whole thing morally revolting.
