Letters of Reference and SAT

I'm currently enrolled at a Canadian university but I've been looking at transferring to McGill
Since I'm also considering transferring to some schools in the United States, I've taken the SATs and have asked professors for letters of evaluation.

I have three questions I hope you guys can answer:

1. I know that McGill doesn't require letters of reference, but will they consider them if they are submitted? These letters are evaluations from professors at my current school.

2. If McGill does consider letters of reference, would they accept ones written on the Common Application College Instructor Evaluation form? I ask this because I don't want to trouble my professors with writing an additional letter of reference."

3. I wrote the SATs and received a good score (2390). Should I submit this to McGill even though I'm not an international student (the SAT is only required from US applicants I believe)?

Thanks!
