Liberal Arts/Engineering/Unsure?

I have a few questions about these boxes:

a) If you mark "unsure," when DO you decide which degree to pursue?
b) If I mark "unsure," should I also complete the Engineering statement?
c) If I mark "unsure," would the fact that my chem SAT II score sucks hurt me? In other words, would they regard me as a prospective applicant to the engineering school and apply all those extra requirements to me? (Chem/Physics SAT II + Math I/IIC)

Thanks.

I don't think you're really applying to an engineering school anyway, because you officially declare it at the end of freshman year. So I don't think it matters that much, but if you don't want to do the BSE statement, just mark college.

in my opinion, if you apply for BA, it may benefit you more, since there's no restriction on sat2 subjects taken into consideration. and you don't need to do the boring 'why engineering' essay. (at least, my essay on that question is pretty boring.)
