liberal arts school and discussions...

I am a senior in high school and I would like to go to a liberal arts college for several reasons.

Anyways,
I love the fact that the classes are small in LACs, but that means that there are a lot of discussion during classes. I am not the kind of person who feels comfortable talking in front of a huge crowd. I like small...maybe 6 people discussions but not big group discussions.
Would I not be able to survive in Pomona? I am hoping that I would get over my fear...but I'm scared that I won't.

Also, because my english is my second language, I am not so great with english and history. As much as I enjoy reading literature and learning about history, I'm just not good at it. I still get A's...but I struggle...Is this going to be a huge problem?

oh.
I would LOVE to go to pomona.

you can survive and you will eventually get so used to discussing stuff in college classes that any fear you may have had about talking in large groups will become silly.

thank you so much for saying that!
i think i was waiting for that reply :) now i just gotta work on my test scores.

Don't worry, mellamo. I'm sure you won't have trouble participating in duscussions if you make an effort. You just have to remember that no one is "keeping score" of what you say or judging you for your comments. Pomona is a great school; good luck on your tests and at the college where you wind up.
