<p>I heard it's rough. "high suicide rate." What are your experiences?</p>

<p>The suicide rate here is really no different than any other major university.</p>

<p>College is a very different experience for everyone-- I know that for myself, and for the majority of all my friends and people I know, we love Cornell and Ithaca and can’t wait to start this year. But, I do know of a handful of kids who try to get away from campus as much as possible, and aren’t looking forward to the start of the new semester.</p>

<p>I think that college is really what you make of it-- if you don’t attempt at socializing and spend 100% of your time in the library; you’ll obviously resent it.</p>
