likely letter, how one should stance to?

Hello everyone,

I would love to ask one question: for example, you are an an international student who received a likely letter from some of ivies. Will you need to try to contact colleges that you are seriously considering them, or this letter already means that you will be admitted unless something unusual happens?
How does it work with harvard? Is it ok not to contact the college(even if it's your top choice) and continue your educational-extracurricular endeavors?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Your message is confusing.

did you get a likely letter from an Ivy?

Is it Harvard?

If not Harvard, are you wondering if you should show it to harvard to better your chances?

If the last statement is correct, you can’t use a likely from one school to improve your chances at another. They just don’t care.
