Likely Rejects

This is the forum for the likely rejects for normal people like me that have done nothing significant. Welcome! Let us reflect upon our worldly experiences and the application process without bitterness and regret.

haahah @ me

Im so expecting the rejection letter.

Same. At this point, I am just trying to laugh away the anticipation of emotional suffering.

I love it thx matt

Hey guys so what are your other plans?

I’m in GA so will likely go to UGA (honors n shenanigans)
honestly if nothing else rejection here will help me make the smart financial choice

I am planning on returning to India (I currently live in France) my home country for my undergrad and then maybe try to go to the US for masters.

Yeah…I kinda only applied to hard schools and Baylor is a backup…so pray for me.

I got into Macalester Sunday and I’m still waiting for 5 decisions after my WUSTL rejection soooo just chillin

Same. I have a few other colleges like Skidmore that I hope will admit me.

How-diddly-doo… Comin’ here to hang my hat. Didn’t know that WUSTL was super into demonstrated interest, and have never visited/did not apply in time for an interview. RIP. Planning on most likely attending UVA.

@IlluminatiIsReal How did you end up in France? I live in India too

Baylor is cool though. And they have good women’s basketball

@IntApp2022 My father is here on a 5-year contract thanks to his job. Are you considering any Indian unis btw?

Does starting a non-profit count as entrepreneur

could go either way sus face emoji

Yeah and it’s a pretty big hook especially if you show that you invested your time in the non-profit.

sooo ive been lurking on the RD thread for quite a while now and decided to make an account after seeing the class of 2022 stats page and hearing you guys were making a likely rejects thread (hence my username). time to go dig myself a nice big hole and cover myself with dirt

Hey @Ashtash I founded a non-profit too! Lit

@IlluminatiIsReal Nope. I want to major in Neuroscience and India doesn’t offer that option. Which Indian colleges are you considering? And where in India were you from before you moved?
