Link to list of schools that don't care about SAT/ACT?

<p>Hi, my stubborn friend has a 4.0 but doesn't test all that well and so doesn't plan to take the SAT or ACT. Can you send me that link for schools that don't factor in the tests? Thank you.</p>

<p>Keep in mind that although they do not require standardized tests, many of those colleges will look at them if they are submitted. Bad scores won't hurt an applicant, but good scores may help his competition. 80% of Bowdoin applicants submit SAT/ACT scores, for example.</p>
