<p>Thanks itmom, but I wanted a list that broke the BS/MD programs down by duration because I am not presently considering an eight-year combined program.</p>
<p>Looks like the Ohio State MAP program has been cancelled for good based on the following information on their website.</p>

After careful consideration it has been decided that the BS/MD program is no longer accepting applicants for the foreseeable future. Any change in this information will be made available on this website.</p>
