Listing community service on the Common App?

Over high school, I've accumulated around 400 community service hours. However, unlike most people, these hours haven't been accumulated in one spot; rather, I have a huge list of various activities in which I've volunteered. I'm a member of three community service organizations, so a lot of my community service has been odd-jobs, but I've devoted a significant amount of time to them. So when I'm filling out the Common Application, do I note the number of hours I've accumulated associated with each of these organizations, or should I list them separately?

For example, most of my community service hours are with Key Club. When describing Key Club under the activities section, do I add that I've done ~300 hours of Kiwanis family activities, or do I list that someplace else? How much detail should I include? (i.e., do I really need to list every three-hour project I've done, or can I group things together?)

Also, I attended Volunteer Girls State (a week-long leadership program) and Governor's School (a month-long academic program) over the summer. Are these honors, or activities?

Thanks!

I attached a resume kind of thing and I put my major community service activities on there instead of directly on the Common App. I grouped them too–for example, working at the local fair, cleaning up the town park, volunteering at the library, etc. became just “volunteering in the community” or something like that.

I would put your summer activities separately too because they’re more temporary than extra-curricular.
