So, I'll be double majoring and one program (the one that I will be going to grad school for) takes 4 years and the one I'm going to get a bachelor's degree in will take 5 years. So is it even possible for me to go to grad school while I'm still an undergrad? When will I even graduate? Do I just like, graduate twice?

When you have fulfilled the degree requirements for your BA or BS you will be able to graduate. Some people do indeed graduate with a BA/BS in one subject and then finish up the requirements for a different major and then graduate again. Usually however, students organizetheir classes to both programs end at the same time and they graduate with a double major (or double degree if their school requires that).

Often students can take grad courses while still undergrads provided they have the pre reqs. Ask your school how they handle this.

You don’t want to graduate twice. In general, once you graduate with one degree, your eligibility for undergraduate financial aid changes significantly. Federal grants go away entirely and most universities’ institutional aid is withdrawn - the rationale being that one bachelor’s degree is enough… You want to complete both degrees and then file for graduation.
