I was wondering how I can go about living off-campus my first year at Cornell... I have an apartment available to me and was wondering if there are any requirements to living off campus at Cornell. Thanks!

It's definitely not recommended, and for good reason. Freshmen year is a time to bond with other freshmen, and it's much harder if you are not living close to them. From personal experience, I think North Campus is a great idea, and freshmen year was definitely a lot better because of it!

Thanks a lot Neutral! I appreciate the input and will take your advice in living on campus. I'm sorry I didn't respond sooner, I haven't been home to check this post. But thank you for responding so quickly!
