LOAN confusion

<p>I've just accepted my efan. I'm just confused on what to do next.
As a second year student who has already accepted loans in his freshman year do I have to complete the debt management course again?</p>

<p>Do I need to sign a new MPN?</p>

<p>How do I apply for a loan? Last year it was through my bank but not sure how to do it this year.
Must the loan be direct? IF so, how do I obtain a direct loan? Can I still use my lender from last year?</p>

<p>Is this a private loan? stafford loans are all department of ed now… you don’t choose.</p>
