Lofting?

Okay this is probably a really stupid question but is it hard to loft your bed? I'm looking at all the diagrams and stuff on the housing website and I am so confused. Is the furniture loft-able (that's not even a word..) or do you have to build your own loft? Also, is there someone who will help the dumb (me) with lofting if we need assistance?

I am staying in Markley and starting summer term. I heard the rooms are SO small so lofting is a must. Unfortunately, my dad is going to be unable to join my mother and I at move in due to a work commitment. He does all the manual labor in the house and needless to say, my mom and I are a bit concerned. Haha

Any info would be fabulous :)

lofting the beds in markley are really not too bad. everything connects with metal pins to stay in place, it’s the actual lifting which is the hard part. In the fall there were lots of people helping with move in and im sure it will be similar in the summer.
i don’t know if you are for sure set on lofting, but there are so many ways you can arrange! I personally have an issue with ladders so i didn’t loft and space wasn’t a problem. markley rooms are tiny but you get used to it!
