<p>I once wrote more than twice as much than everyone in the class, maximum 4 pages, wrote 8 pages. I got an A+ anyway, probably because I made the character suffer so many tragic, painful misfortunes. I've also had a 15 page history assignment written about some stupid board game, and a 50+ page document several years ago when I wanted to write my own novel.</p>
<p>My longest paper was also my best paper. It was almost two pages long for Ap Eng Comp i got a B+. highest grade i got all year</p>

<p>9th grade, first day of school, our Global History 1H teacher informs us that we have to write a term paper of at least 20 pages. I think mine was somewhere near 18 or 19. It was also worth 1/3 of our grade. We did have all year to do it, however.</p>
<p>This year after AP World, same teacher, we had to make two DBQs, 10 sources, all primary, and we had about 2 weeks. Worth 50% of the grade.</p>

<p>in college I have yet to write a paper over 9 pages - and i'm a history major. the longest thing you have to write is your thesis and those are usually between 20 and 30 pages.</p>
