What's the longest essay you've written?

<p>For school, not personal enjoyment (yes, there are people who do such things).</p>

<p>A 30-page (or 40, I can't remember) double-spaced AP Eng term paper on a survey of four centuries of Canadian literature.</p>

<p>22 pages...on the religion clause of the Constitution...</p>

<p>Umm...5 Pages??</p>

<p>i think maybe 12 or 13. I thought it was pretty good too, but i got a b+</p>

<p>14 pages on mass extinctions and their causes</p>

<p>(bio honors)</p>

<p>A 12 page paper on "To Kill a Mockingbird" sophomore year. I actually enjoyed writing this.</p>

<p>7-page research paper. </p>

<p>I'm going to die in college.</p>

<p>IB Extended Essay in Chemistry. 37 pages.</p>

<p>32 pages...on the Kyoto Protocol of all things! Yuck!</p>

<p>Probably about 7 pages. We practice the stupid AP-like essays too much at my school.</p>

<p>as for an "essay-like" free exercise (counted as an essay)= 12 pages</p>

<p>4-5...Writing is not emphasized at my school.</p>

<p>Man, some of these responses make me wonder how much teachers really hate trees. I mean, 30-40 pages? That's almost the length of a dissertation!</p>

<p>My longest was 12 pages for a school competition, but it was written in German. For a class I would say 10.</p>

<p>His students come back and say that after that paper, every paper they did in college seemed easy.</p>
