To be honest, it is a bit of a reach (not a huge one or anything, but still). However, you are absolutely right that things aren’t always perfect. Schools like Brown turn away rediculously (over)qualified students all the time. You have no idea what your chances are until you apply. So if you want to go, apply and see what happens.
By the way, when I say it is a reach, I mean because of your EC’s. Your scores/courses are all great. I just can’t really tell where your interests lie by looking at your EC’s, which is a negative. If you can fix that somehow before you apply, you’ll be a good candidate.
My advice is to apply, but make sure you have a good safety school.

Maybe not by the school’s standards, but personally I think people with mile-long lists of Ec’s in every area under the sun are way overqualified. It seems very fake to me, like they did everything with an admissions committe in mind. But I guess that’s just me.

Your numbers are greater than mine so feel strong enough to work at brown. Your ECs seem greater than mine as well. But i only have a small taste of you nonacademically; id need to see your examples for example.

I think brown does a fair job of weighing academics and nonacademics into selecting jobs. But there are many dont get in simply because they dont have enough space. Well that is the way it is but of the people who brown consider, theyre fit to be at brown, those accepted especially.
Your numbers are greater than mine so feel strong enough to work at brown. Your ECs seem greater than mine as well. But i only have a small taste of your nonacademics; id need to see your esays for example, before me or anyone can really say something. Notice that personality is an extremely important factor for brown? Dont forget that. Show them your personality as much as possible. Why you are perfect for brown and not why brown is perfect for you
