Btw...for those enquiring why I have such a science b/ground while I'm planning to read Econs, 2 main reasons.Firstly, I've always had a science b/ground education. Secondly and more imporantly,I believe Econs is a science of choice. To make the best, most efficient choice available. My science subjects will help me hone in on my analytical and creative skills, contributing to my purpose of studying Econs.

I complete my A-Levels course by June next year...hope to take SATS soon. I wish to get feedback to make the best choice available to me. Your advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you my friends.

Basically, keep up the good work, prep for your SAT's, and look for your scholarship options. I would suggest making a spreadsheet of schools with aid for internationals and good math/econ departments - it will help you keep track of things until you go to your short list. If you will be unable to visit in the US, I would encourage you to make contact with professors/departments of interest to determine whether the fit is good. You should also be careful of using the word prestige with academics - is has negative connotations with some academics.

Thank you Ohio_Mom.I hope to be able to visit the US as I've never been there in my life.Given the chance to visit the universities,I wouldn't miss the chance.I promise to take your advice to heart. On the other hand, speaking of prestige; =), it was a personal statement, not one to include in scholarship or university applications.Smile.But thanks loads!

wait...you still have to take sat I, sat II's and toefl, and all on the january date? how will you manage that? have you taken ANY? (i'm supposing that youre a senior...if you're not, disregard that comment)

oh god... not another asian.. jk
