Earlier this year I was given the choice between The University of Virginia and Yale. The reason I was given this choice is because I am an athlete(National Team Level, olympic hopeful). I am set on doing undergrad business, which is why i chose Uva over yale. I am going to try to get into Mcinitire at Uva after my sophomore year. My question is, Are the job opportunities in Investment Banking, hedge funds, etc. better at Yale that mcintire. Another reason i chose Uva is because i got a significant athletic scholarship, while Ivy's don't offer these scholarships(i got minimum financial aid). Should I have chosen Yale?</p>
<p>Don’t drive yourself crazy second guessing. You has reasons to choose UVA so go there, enjoy the experience, work hard and you will do just fine, </p>
<p>There was an article I read recently about how former UVA lax players tend to funnel in to wall street, I think you’ll be fine.</p>
<p>Don’t look back. You made the right decision. Get on with your life.</p>
