Looking for 3rd roommate for Unit 3 triple next year

My friend and I are looking for a third roommate for our Unit 3 Triple next year. Rather than getting a random roommate, I am hoping that on this forum I can find someone who is considerate and mature. If you're a continuing student that already has a Unit 3 triple, it should be simple to add you. If you're going to be a freshman admit in the fall, you have to apply for the triple first and if you get it I can have you added.

A little about my friend and I:
late to bed, late to rise
Usually in the room
Usually will leave book/papers on the ground. No food left around.
PC gaming enthusiasts

We are looking for something that:
Will use a lamp instead of the room light when staying up late
Will use headphones that won't leak sound when we're sleeping
Won't drink in the room and won't come back totally drunk
Doesn't smoke/do drugs
Will respect other people's belongings

In return, we also promise do these in return. Please pm me if you are interested. Thanks.

what year are you guys?

I will be a junior Economics major. My friend is a sophomore Civil Engineering major. If you’re wondering why I am still dorming, it is much better for me from a convenience and financial perspective.

I’m in Political Economy of Industrial Societies.

Will you help me with Econ 1A and Stat once I take them :3

But I dunno if it’ll be great for me as a freshman to not be meeting new freshies.

So how much room is there for feet to step on with book/papers on the ground?

I don’t know how much I will remember of Econ 1A and Stat21, but as someone with a similar major I can give you a lot of general advice on classes and administrative matters. As for meeting other freshman, there are going to be 30 other people on the floor.

JteH: You’ll be able to leave and enter the room. I can promise no more. =) But seriously, I think we’re aren’t too bad compared with the other guys on our floor who leave old food laying around or have piles of worn clothing.

also, that’s if i don’t get a double somewhere.

unit 3 triple was my last choice before anywhere.

Personally, I don’t mind the space of the triple. I would always take the convenience and less space of a Unit 3 triple than a double anywhere else. Our triple is also going to be in a corner, so we’ll have more space than a triple in the middle of the hall.

Note to all freshman admits interested: If you would like to change Unit 3 triple to your first preference but you already submitted your housing app, you may be able to change it by emailing the housing office.

what do you mean by convenience of a Unit 3 triple?

And how much bigger is a triple in the corner than in the middle of the hall? And how comparable is it to a double?

If I do get put into a Unit 3 triple (my only triple choice) I’ll be sure to contact you.

I meant that Unit 3 is really close to the campus and fast food places.
