It was a student-produced film about life at MIT, with a bike riding guy who falls in love with a girl. Really well produced, no dialogue, fairly recent. Does anyone remember it and have a link?

I love it too and kind of want to put it back on our homepage

That’s it! Thanks for the link. I think it’s location on your homepage was well deserved. :)

And here you are, practically encouraging biking without a helmet by claiming that you “love” this video that glorifies unsafe biking! And you even want to put it on your homepage! The boy is only ever seen without a helmet and in the end he even gets the girl, implying that perhaps his disregard for safety and “hipster” mannerisms is what led to her attraction to him.

What do you have to say for yourself? Or has your opinions changed over the last 4 years and you now retract your statements about helmets?

I demand admissions videos that promote safety! Maybe even of the musical variety, a la Yale? In the first 10 seconds of their video they show a guy on a bike with a helmet (<a href=“That's Why I Chose Yale - YouTube”>That's Why I Chose Yale - YouTube).

Subliminal messages are dangerous, you have to watch out what you’re endorsing.

…

I need school to start. I’m way too bored right now.

If this were supposed to be a realistic video, the bike would have gotten stolen the minute after the guy set it down at the stairs at 77 Mass Ave.

So get a bicycle

Also I don’t think they change their clothes in the two or three days the video is set in.

Not that that doesn’t happen.

ahem

But I really, really, really like this video. It is incredibly well done.
