Looking for Academic Competitions

Hi,

I used to do a lot of STEM academic competitions like the Science and Math Olympiads, Math Modeling, quiz bowl, etc. when I was in high school. I’m looking for something similar that I could participate in or register for during my time at college; does anyone know legitimate open registration competitions like that? Maybe a list of such competitions?

For math, I only know of the Putnam exam (there are probably others).

There’s also the Mathematical Contest in Modeling. A lot of time in college is spent more on research (and the equivalent of contests could be poster presentations), but talk to your department.
