There is high speed internet and basic cable. Heater is availble for each individual room. We are all Uc Berkeley students, so we prefer students as well. For each floor in the apartment, there is a courtyard, so you can study or hang out there. And please no party, smoking, drinking in the apartment. The apartment is close to bart, and 15 min bus to school, the bus stop is downstairs. A supermarket is also downstairs. It is close to 99 cents and resturants. It is located on Acton and University.
