<p>Hi everyone, I will be a freshman of UC Berkeley this fall, and I want to rent a house near UC Berkeley. Now I have found several ones at most 2 blocks from the campus, but most of them are the two bedrooms ones, and the rent is about 2300 USD a month.</p>
