I'm taking my son to one of the "Walk with a Hawk" days. I'm not much of a morning person so I was thinking of getting a room within 10 miles or so of the school. I don't want to deal with the city traffic so any leads to hotels west of the city? Thanks!

Just seeing this now. There’s a Marriott in Conshohocken. There are lots of chain hotels in Plymouth Meeting, which is slightly less convenient during rush hour. You can also check Radnor, which may be pricier. For Conshohocken and Plymouth Meeting, there are back roads you can take to City Line Avenue. Even during rush hour, the drive should be well under half an hour. For Radnor, you’d shoot straight down Lancaster Avenue and you’d get there pretty quickly. You can also check the hotels in King of Prussia, but figure on lots of traffic during rush hour. But an easy commute during off hours.

Thanks so much @halfemptypockts! perfect timing… We are schedule to go there Wednesday but with the snow coming I may choose to go Tuesday night.
