I am currently a freshman at Binghamton University majoring in Computer Science and I'm not enjoying my time here so far. I thought that a larger, math and science oriented university would be best for me but I finding out that isn't the case. I do not enjoy the strong presence of frats here and the fact that you have to pay for a cab to have a nightlife. I would also like a more open-minded, liberal, and intellectually engaged student body, this is what leads me to believe an LAC may be a better fit for me. I am also considering changing my major to undeclared because of the fact that I would like to see more areas of study. Psychology has been of some interest to me...
I have currently been looking at New Paltz and Geneseo for SUNY schools and my brother and father both attended Vassar which I visited on numerous occasions and LOVED but I don't think I have much of a chance at getting in there.

If anyone has any opinion on a school that might fit me better?
I'm looking for a liberal, open-minded, and diverse school with a student body I can hold an intelligent conversation with. I really do love Vassar but I don't think I have the credentials.
I don't know my exact scores but I made into into Binghamton's Watson School which had an acceptance rate of around 10% (so I hear).
Any help?!
