Looking for safeties

<p>I'm looking for safeties/matches to apply to and I really have no idea where I'd like to go except for the reaches (of course).
Here are my stats:</p>

<p>HS GPA: 3.5 WGPA 4.1
ACT: 29
College GPA: 3.7 3.8 by the time I apply.</p>

<p>I'd like to go a medium-sized school in the northeast (near an urban area) and major in Chemistry.
I know this is very superficial, so let me know if there's anything I should add.
Any suggestions are welcome.
