Looking for some matching colleges, help please :)

I'm looking for some colleges that I'll be able to enjoy for four years after high school :)
I'm going up to grade 11 this September, and I live in Toronto, Ontario, Canada - yeah... I'm an international student.

I just want to know which colleges that will match my academics & personality.

This is a profile of mine:

Academics -
GPA - grade 10 semester 1: 91; semester 2: 95. I'm sure I can pull it up in grade 11 with the courses I have chosen (for there is no history :P)
SAT I - taking my fisrt one in November. My practice test scores range from 1900 to 2000. Now it's August, so I have September and October to practice, practice, practice. Aiming at 2100+.
SAT II - planning on taking two of them, math level 2 and one of sciences.
TOEFL - question rises here: do I have to take TOEFL because my first language isn't English? Or can I not take it because I'm a Canadian citizen and I've been attending elementary/middle/high school in Canada, instructed in English?

Extracurricular -
Yearbook head of photography
Stage crew member
Jazz band bassist/pianist
Concert band bassist/percussionist
Supporting People Around the World club member
School girl's hockey team student coach

Community Service -
Peer tutoring
Habitat for Humanity
Evergreen
Second Base
Daily Bread Food Bank
Tutoring cello
Hockey camp junior instructor
Senior Society - during a music trip, I've played for a senior home and hospital in New York.

Personal -

I'm a city person/lover, and I plan to stay that way. But as long as it's not located in super-rural areas, I'll be fine. Suburban is okay for me.

I like diverse settings. Meeting people of many different race is a fascinating experience for me :D

I would like to have double major.

I'm a music person, but for hobby - I'm planning to continue participating in music ensemble/band.

None of my family members attended university in the States; I have no connections.

Ethnicity - Korean-Canadian. 1.5 generation immigrant from South Korea, but a Canadian citizen.

I hope I'm not asking for too much in my personal section...
So, what are some colleges can you recommend for me, considering my academics, personal needs & wants (well, more wants than needs), and extracurricular?

CollegeBoard college match results tell me that UC Berkeley, Brown, Columbia, or NYU would be good for me... but I want to hear more of people's opinion than computer's.

Please help me, thank you!

take the sat first because you need to sign up anyway for sat 2s. if you score below 500-600 on reading then take the toefl
