Looking to do Computer Science but totally lost...

I'm currently about to enter my 3rd year of college, although I am a sophmore in credits because I dropped a few classes and totally failed another. I spent my first year of college having no idea what to do, so I just took classes in things that seemed interesting. In my 2nd year, I decided I wanted to do CS, but I didn't get very high grades in the pre-req CS classes. I talked with my advisor today and I figured out that I may have to retake the CS classes because my grades weren't high enough, and Calc II. I'm really bummed after hearing this information because I feel pretty much lost about what I'm going to do since I'm already in my 3rd year and I feel super behind everyone, and it doesn't help that I have friends that are at high places already while I've just been sitting around not knowing what to do. Anyone have any advice on what I should do, and if it's already too late?

I’d suggest switching to a community college or taking summer classes, especially if you’re not going to college on a merit scholarship. They’re meant for people who aren’t quite at the level they need to be.
