<p>I'm a freshman at Texas Tech majoring in mass communications/advertising, and I would like to transfer to UT for the Fall 09 semester. If I get good grades this first semester at Tech (3.6-4.0) what are my chances of getting accepted if I don't have any college extracurriculars?</p>
<p>You should have a decent chance, I think they like to accept transfers with a 3.5 or higher, so I have heard.</p>
