Looking to transfer to NYC/West Coast school for Junior+Senior Year, Help???

Hi :) I posted on here before but my freshman year I went to St. John's University in NYC for another major. I came home to save some money, and I'm finishing up my gen eds at community college. I really want to major in some kind of Nutritional/Food Science and either Business or Psychology, as I want to own a vegan/organic restaurant and work with those affected by eating disorders when I get older. I know that CUNY Hunter College, NYU Steinhardt, and California State University - LA have pretty good programs for what I want to do primarily, although I'm not sure whether or not I would be able to dual-major or major-minor in what I want to study while I'm there. They are also very competitive schools. I'm pretty sure by the end of next spring/summer semesters I will have between a 3.6-4.0 GPA going into my junior year of college. Does ANYONE know what I should do or look into to get into Hunter/CSULA/NYUS and any other schools in those areas that have the program I want? Please let me know, thank you!!

Don’t do Cal State LA, it’s not in the best area.
I’m not sure about East Coast schools, but for West Coast, try: CSUN, UCI, UCSC, Cal Poly, University of Oregon, University of Washington, and San Francisco State

UC Davis (Food and Vintner Science) and I think there is one in Oregon.
