Hey,

So I will be applying to Graduate school in Immunology/infectious diseases soon, and I was wondering if my LORs choices would be a problem. I've worked in a lab for three years during my undergrad, and the PI there is willing to write me a great LOR. The PI in my current lab, which I've work for over a year now is also willing to write me a great LOR. My only problem is that for my 3rd LOR--I've asked the research associate (higher rank than post doc but is not a PI) who's in the lab I'm working in now to write me one as well. Im certain all three LORs will be great, but im concern if the admission committee will look at recommendations from two people in the same lab unfavorably. I am able to get a 3rd one from one of my professor who've i have taken a class with, but this would be two years now since i've took her class, and im not certain if the LOR would be that great.

What you do guys think?
