Losing sanity!!

SAT is this Saturday.

I've been studying for it pretty intensely.. and I think I'm going crazy.
On Monday, I tried to justify that 9-1 = 7. (Found out after my mom told me the next day. She told me to go take a walk.)
On Tuesday, I successfully convinced myself for an hour that 0.5/4 = 8

Today, I was working on a math problem for good 10 minutes on a practice SAT because 6-3 = 2.

Well, I'm done working on the SAT for this week. Relaxing until Saturday.

Anyone else going crazy?

Yea, last day to study. I am kind of freaking out.

I don’t think it’ll be wise for me to study anymore because I don’t want to have trouble thinking of the word “popular”.

Yesterday at a restaurant:
Me: “what is the most…umum… can you come back in like 3 minutes…
…3minutes later… What is the most ordered dish here?”
Waiter: “oh … most popular dish…”
Me: yes that…

Yeh dude I am same like you I in my last question here I kept arguing that the question is acctually number 5 not number 8 its like I lost my sight or something.

Anyway good luck on SAT test on sturday and to anyone who will enter test on Saturday.

lol my sanity hasn’t waned that much yet. This will probably be my last attempt at the SAT I so I want to insure a score of 2200+. CR is proving to be a pain.

I know…i don’t want to study tomorrow since it’s the day before and I’m supposed to be relaxing…but idk, I feel like a whole day’s worth of practice can go a long way. What do you guys think? Should I keep practicing tomorrow or take it easy and reread direct hits? I’m killing myself here…

YOU should relax. When your sane again, cram vocab. dont do p tests.

rutgershopefull…im trying to go to Rutgers NB as well…currently my SAT score is 1680 as of June, and im taking it sat for the last time…on my practice tests im scoring 1800s - 1910, thank god.

today i took my 4th and final practice test (test #3, BB2E (went out of order with the tests)), and i score an 1810-1830. Im hoping I get at least this on the actual…my CR is fluctuating…DAM THE VOCAB!!! I usually receive a 600 on my practice tests, but as of the last one…i got a 560 -__- !!!

not studying anything anymore in hopes of relieving the stress i complied on myself today.

what should i do on the last day? should I just go over direct hits and memorize examples or should I practice tests?

This whole perception that you shouldn’t study the day before is very annoying to me. I remember for the ap euro exam, i studied the day before and got a 5. Today I am cramming doing 2 practice tests,DH Vocab, some Writing sections, and the essay. Ill finish by 11 and get 7-8 hours of sleep. Drink a coffee in the morning and be ready to go.

So far I have reviewed 4 sections total… This afternoon, at 3pm EST I’m going to go to the library and start reading magazines, etc. That will be the time I start analyzing articles, and cramming last minute vocab into my brain.

At night I plan to watch a movie, and hope I can use it as an example for my essay tomorrow :)

…and yes I am going insane too. For me, 8 appeared as a 6, and when I moved a negative equation to the other side, it was still negative >.<

agreed sharks, cramming always works for me.

I keep messing up on questions like these:
“How many positive four digit integers have 1 as their first digit and 2 or 5 as their last digit?” Or " How many different positive four-digit integers can be formed if the first digit must be 2, the last digit cannot be 0 and digits may be repeated?"

Is there like a fixed formula or something to deal with questions involving series, factorials etc

you just have to multiply the possibilities and there’s no fixed formula

the answer will be (1)(10)(10)(9) = 900

Lol I convinced myself that the CollegeBoard made a mistake on a problem until my sister pointed out that the problem was asking for the 8th number in the sequence, not the 7th number in the sequence.
